The FIRST CHEM MIDTERM!
yeah. as in "more than one"... fuck.
its like, not even chem stuff though, which, as im sure you all remember, I was pretty good at. This is more like history and things like that. It's terrible. It has all of these outdated equations that we need to remember and all of these things that we need to solve even though, nowadays, we know them to be incorrect. It's like learning all of the ins and outs of the Bohr electron model... despite its being wrong. I understand the need to know how we got where we are, but this is ridiculous. Anyways, I'm trying to learn the equations and, for once, GASP!, not drink so much.
It takes quite a bit to get me drunk now, since I'm drinking 4 days out of the week (at least!). Sometimes I just take a shot before homework or dinner, just because it feels good. Yeah. That's bordering on alcoholism. So I decided to stop a few days ago, and yesterday I had the worst headache all day. Maybe that's related. I dunno. Anyways, the midterm is till 8:30 PM so afterwards I'm going to just get blitzed and then not go to classes friday. Sound like a plan? Who's with me? ANOTHER 3 day weekend! Woohoo!
In other news, my sister is coming up to visit me for Canadian Thanksgiving (thats October 13, for all you heathens). Actually she's gonna get here the 10th and stay for the weekend. That should be a blast. I know all the best bars and places to visit now and it's going to be nice to see someone from my freakin' family again. How long has it been for any of the rest of you? My folks left... August... 25th i think. Some people here go back almost every weekend... like... to Ottawa. That'd be nice.
