At present it is 7:00 AM. My whole family is asleep. Natalie is sleeping. Even my dog is still sleeping.

I'm not sure I understand the thinking behind giving clocks for prom, but is it like
"after 4 years of being late, wake up on time w/ this alarm"
or
"Since you're no longer going to have the structure in your life of school, you should at least still know what time it is."
or even
"All the other shit was too expensive or too stupid, so we're giving you clocks."

Well, consider me clocked up side the head... I think I'm going to crawl back into bed. bye.
