on another note, I have to get a tux this weekend for prom. Yes, yes, yesss. I'm thinking black with a vest to match Natalie and a bowtie. I'm not sure, though, so I'll look and see what i can find.
I can remember being a little kid and thinking about how huge a deal Prom was. On TV and such, its always a big deal, and people talked about it and whatever. I dunno, it always seemed like something that you almost HAD to do. Even Justin went last year, and he never went to a single dance. Apparently its not at all as big a deal as that, but something still tells me that I should go. Not that I don't WANT to. I'm really excited for it, but I just assumed that EVERYONE would be excited. And it turns out... not many people are... at all.
It could be that I'm excited that I get to do something nice with Natalie. Is that it? The DATE issue? I was talking to my mother and she totally thought that was it. That some people arn't excited about it because they dont have someone whom they love to be excited with. Hmmm... now that I think about it, the PROM stereotype is totally brought forth by movies and TV shows all about love. Prom = romance and love. I like to think that I'd go even if I didn't have someone like that, but... I don't think i would.
