first and foremost: spike congradulations on passing the threshhold...twice. despite the turmoil of italy remember everything tends to work itself out...
secondly, the upcoming results of early decision make me apprehensive...not only because i hope all my friends who applied ED get in, but because it reminds me that i have barely started my applications and they might be done. but, really...i can't say i'm too worried about it because i still am not doing it. interesting complex. at least mcgill is easy. maybe we should just all go there.
jill-tufts, katey-columbia, duncan-emerson, molly-vassar.... who else?
ooohhhh so i got my seasons pass to sugarloaf yesterday! it's like my christmas present along w/ my board which i'm getting saturday. granted, i will be a complete and utter beginner but i have the motication i lack in school for getting decent on the board, so i'm up for going up any time! especially if you like helping beginners.... hahhaha. ok.
so i have to throw my bet (seriously, anyone want to take this bet?) into the roxie/janis thing as jazell--for at least one, although they sound much the same. she was the first one i thought of for a few reasons:1, she linked to girls suck, which is a website i got from katey a while ago who got it initially from jazell, 2, jess started commenting and i think they're friends, 3,i think she has more to say than she does at school, and 4, the style just seemed like how she would write--i know she knows some html (but hey, for those of us who don't? how bout you tell us how rather than making fun of our ignorance). although i'm not into commenting anonymously (or under an alias) if that's how she wants to tell people how she feels, that's her deal and it's fine. if it's not her, i'll be slightly taken aback and have to start at square one, but whatever. at first r/j seemed only interested in making fun of people (paul, sam, whoever) but their blog morphed into more of a personal thing. this is not to say that the gossip/bashing won't come back, but it's taken a detour. so if it is her, props or whatever for making a blog like that which has soom good links and some good insights. if i'm right (or even if i'm not) the author should keep it up. sooooo what do you all think?
